We went by the town that is re-roofing their church, so I tried for better pictures. It is tough from a moving train, but here they are.

- We are so excited to be able to serve a mission in the Bern, Switzerland, Institute Outreach Center. We have been dreaming of serving a mission almost since we were baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormons) in 1970. But first we had to raise eight children and send six of them on missions of their own. On a visit to Switzerland several years ago, we learned of the opportunity to serve at the Outreach Center, and Sue thought that would be a dream come true. In Fall, 2008, after attending the Alphorn Workshop in Schönried, we met the Grassli's (the then-current Outreach couple) at the Interlaken Branch. They asked if we could replace them in November, 2009, and Sue thought, "Let's give it a try!" Now, after many prayers and even more miracles, we are on our way.
Oh, wow.. That looks like a pretty good structure! Where is this place really?

It's in Erlenbach, in the Simmental or Simmen valley, between Spiez and Gstaad.
